Production runs inside a GMP 100K-class purification cleanroom with epoxy flooring, filtered air handling and strict zoning. Personnel pass through airlock dressing rooms before entering the production area — the same hygiene standard used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Automated Production Capacity

Stainless steel cooking, mixing and emulsifying lines run continuous production with automated packaging. Soft candy output reaches 40 tons per day, with dedicated lines for gummies, hard candy and lollipops.

Henan, China — affiliated plant in Shenqiu, Zhoukou. 200 tonnes/day across candy lines. Holds the Halal certification set: HCS-WM60425 covering 185 product lines, recognised by BPJPH, GAC and JAKIM.
